Fresh off an exciting 5-set win over Walnut Hills, the Turpin girls volleyball team sets its sights on a match at home against rival Anderson Tuesday at 7 p.m.

After winning the first two games (36-34, 25-17) they lost the next two (22-25, 17-25) but found the will to win the last game 15-10. They all showed a lot of heart and pulled together to get their first win in an exciting 5 game match at home in front of a crowd.

The girls played at Lakota East against East and Tippecanoe and failed to win a game. The matches started out evenly but halfway through each game, it seemed that Turpin lost any momentum that they had. Lakota East and Tippecanoe had the height and the heart.

The Varsity Volleyball team scrimmaged at Oak Hills against Oak Hills, Monroe, Fairfield, Glen Este and Anderson. For over 3 hours they bumped, set and spiked to get ready for their first Tri-Match this Saturday.
